Finely Modelled Porcelain Dog
A rather smart little canine number, possibly a Pointer, the style is 18th C. Meissen, but it has a pseudo Meissen mark and is more probably English or German 19th C. His tale got docked at some point but has been professionally restored. Has a definite library vibe, if you don’t have a library absolutely no problem (I don’t!), placed somewhere to invite contemplation of the fine modelling would be ideal (a WC!?)
